Our boat, The Flying Dragon, is a 34 foot cruiser that holds 12 divers comfortably. Trips to the Kerama Islands take aproximately 1 hour at a cruising speed of 18-20 knots. Trips to Chiibishi, Rukan, and northern dive locations around Okinawa takes about 30 minutes. With a spacious cabin area, bow space, and extra seating on the flying bridge, there is enough room for everyone to stretch out.
With a smaller sized diving vessel, we can keep the dive groups small - allowing our staff to better attend to diver's needs and support everyone in and out of the water. We also try to choose dive sites that are not crowded by other dive boats for added seclusion. If you have ever been diving on a "cattle boat" operation where there are more divers than fish, you will appreciate a day out in the Keramas on the Flying Dragon!
The Flying Dragon rests its wings at Ginowan Marina - the largest private marina in Okinawa. Here is a map for our customers who can meet us at the boat. See you there!
